Our administrative division works both behind the scenes and, sometimes literally, center stage, to ensure our WE Design team is able to operate smoothly.

Our team’s administrative tasks include:
- Sponsorship organization (Contacting with previous, current and possible future sponsors to help finance and support our team.)
- Finance management
- Competition coordination
- University coordination (Setting up machine shop and wind tunnel access.)
- GrabCAD management
- Document organisation and management
- Marketing Material (Creating and distributing posters, Managing our social media accounts, Making presentations)
- And of course, management of this website!

Typically, members of the administrative division are also part of one or more of the mechanical, electrical and sustainability projects as well.
